At the moment the waiting time for processing applications for aviation (part FCL) is longer than you may espect from us. This means that it will take longer before your application is processed (about 25 working days). As soon as your application has been booked, you will receive an invoice, and a request for additional information if applicable. The processing of your application starts after payment has been received and the information is complete and takes approximately 15 working days.
Kiwa Register does everything it can to bring the processing times to the level you are used to from us.
We make every effort to process every request as quickly as possible. We are therefore unable to answer questions about the status of your application. If your request was submitted more than 25 working days ago, please contact us by phone. When submitting your application, take this longer waiting time into account and submit your application as early as possible.
